Staffing Alternatives Announces the Opening of our 6th Staffing Branch!

Staffing Alternatives is excited to announce the grand opening of their newest staffing branch, located at 271 King Street in Perth Amboy. The new location, which is directly across from Supremo Supermarket, will be Staffing Alternatives’ 6th staffing branch in New Jersey, enabling them to continue the organic growth of both their client base and employee pool.

Nick Martinelli, Staffing Alternatives Executive Vice President of Operations, explained the reasoning behind the expansion. “2015 was a widely successful year for Staffing Alternatives, and one that we wanted to build upon entering 2016. Perth Amboy was a location that we had set our sights on for a few years now, as it fits perfectly into our current expansion structure. Centrally located, Perth Amboy is close in proximity to a number of our clients, and gives us the ability to effectively expand our current reach. We have been established in New Jersey for over 40 years now, and wanted to continue our dedication to the community and its surrounding areas, by expanding to a region that was previously untouched by Staffing Alternatives.”

Staffing Alternatives’ Phillipsburg Staffing Branch Relocating to Upgraded Location

Due to recent growth in the region and expanding client demand, Staffing Alternatives will be relocating the Phillipsburg Staffing Branch, effective May 2, 2016. Strategically chosen, the upgraded location will enable Staffing Alternatives to increase recruitment and business opportunities, while still providing the same exceptional customer service that existing employees and clients have come to expect.

The new office, located at 370 Memorial Parkway in Phillipsburg, NJ, allows Staffing Alternatives to continue operating in a community that it has been dedicated to for the past 20 years. The light industrial and manufacturing industries have been steadily growing in Northwest NJ and Eastern PA for the last few years, and Staffing Alternatives has high expectations that the new office location will be able to grow in unison with the industry.

Staffing Alternatives Has Gone Mobile!

In today’s society, mobile accessibility is rapidly becoming a must have for companies of all sizes. Today’s mobile users require platforms that are not only readily available, but platforms that are easy to read and void of unnecessary material. For this very reason, Staffing Alternatives has recently created a mobile website to meet the needs of the daily user.

Those users that now frequent the Staffing Alternatives website from their smart phone, will be greeted by an updated mobile platform. Christopher Moyes, Staffing Alternatives President and CEO, provided some insight on the inspiration for the upgrade, “the motivation to create the mobile platform was based on the needs of our thousands of applicants and employees. They will now have direct access to job openings, branch locations, pay stub information, and daily tools and resources. No longer will they have to zoom in on their phones to click on a link they can barely read. All of the information is now presented in a manner that will allow them to quickly search and find their desired content.”

Staffing Alternatives has relocated its Hamilton, NJ branch to Hightstown, NJ.

To accommodate the company’s growth, Staffing Alternatives has relocated its Hamilton, NJ branch to Hightstown, NJ, effective March 2, 2015. Situated in the Twin Rivers Shopping Plaza, directly off Route 33, and minutes from the N.J. Turnpike, the new Hightstown office will serve as Staffing Alternatives’ premier staffing branch for southern N.J. Staffing Alternatives Goes Paperless

Staffing Alternatives opts to go paperless. By the end of 2009, all Staffing Alternatives' employees will receive their pay by either Direct Deposit or Pay Card and all pay stubs and W2's can be accessed around the globe via the internet. Employees can view their pay stubs online and even receive a text message, email, or fax automatically as their pay posts to their account with a single touch of a button.

The days of waiting in line at the bank, leaving early from work and having to sit in traffic just to pick up a check are over.

Staffing Alternatives' Princeton Office On The Move To Larger Space

Due to our tremendous growth this past year, Staffing Alternatives' Princeton Office will be moving to larger office space in Hamilton Township, New Jersey. Our new location at 3525 Quarkerbridge Road, Suite 905, is conveniently located close to Routes 1, 130 and 295 and the New Jersey Transit Bus and Rail System.
